2024 Beach to Bay Info

Whats up RAW?!

We're stoked to share that the much-awaited Beach 2 Bay Race Weekend is fast approaching, and we'd love for you to be a part of it. This year's event is scheduled for May 18th in Corpus Christi and we like to make a full weekend out of it so plan for a full weekend. 

Here’s the deal:

We understand that cost is an important factor for everyone, so we've worked hard to keep expenses as low as possible while still ensuring a fantastic experience. The estimated per person team cost are approximately $200 for registration & housing. Expenses such as fuel, food, drinks, and entertainment will be individual. We highly encourage carpooling. This amount may vary slightly based on the final number of participants and other factors. 

Here's a brief overview of the weekend itinerary:

Friday, May 17th:

  • Packet pickup which is only required for at least one person per team. (9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. at Texas A&M University in Dugan Wellness Center)

  • AirBnB check-in - According to your team 

  • 7 PM: Team dinner Doc’s Seafood & Steaks - 13309 S Padre Island Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78418

Saturday, May 18th:

  • 7 AM: Race start

  • 10 AM: Mandatory attendance at the finish area for awards

  • 3 PM: Beach party

  • 7 PM: Afterparty TBD Boathouse Bar & Grill - 15241 Leeward Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78418

Sunday, May 19th:

  • Check-out and departure

  • Would recommend checking out the two story Whataburger (it's the only one in Texas)

If you're interested in joining us for this exciting weekend, please fill out the Beach 2 Bay Google Form for registration. Once we receive your registration, we'll assign teams and team captains, book accommodations, and provide further instructions.

We'll also set up a central team communication chat on WhatsApp to keep everyone updated and connected throughout the event.

Last year one of the ladies teams absolutely crushed it and took first in the Women’s overall. Shouts to Shannon, Dom, Sammy, Jordan, Lina, and Stefania.
