Workout Details
ON TUESDAY, JULY 4TH, WE WILL MEET AT BARKING SPRINGS PARKING LOT AT 7:00 A.M. (SEE IMAGE BELOW).
WE WILL NOT MEAT AT MEAN EYED CAT AND WE WILL NOT RUN TUESDAY EVENING. Please read this ENTIRE email, especially if you’re bringing water this week. If you are bringing water, contact Johari and Vanessa and see if they still have their leftover water from last week.
If you’re bringing water meet us on the south side of the Pedestrian Bridge, closest to Riverside Drive and NOT THE RED DOT. The small parking lot is typically free in the mornings.
The workout starts at the Pedestrian Bridge. We take the Pedestrian Bridge to Auditorium Shores (mile 0) which is about 800m and then we group up, cross South 1st bridge, and come back the other way to Pedestrian Bridge (another ~800m).
***Most important of all - since we aren’t meeting at Mean Eyed Cat, if you want to enjoy a post-workout beverage feel free to bring a cooler and whatever you want to enjoy. Rumor has it there will be some ice-cold Lone Stars, but not enough for everyone.

7:00 - Pre-workout announcements
7:05 - Warm up starts to the workout location
7:20 - Workout starts
8:20 - Post-workout hanging out and drinking beers at Barking Springs
