Workout Details

*****BRING WATER & HEAD LAMPS*****

Meeting Spot: Barton Springs Saloon @ 6:55pm or meet at Austin High School Track @ 7:15pm 

Warmup starts: 7:00pm

Workout: 6x800m repeats (2 mins rest between each)

Workout start point: Austin High School Track @ 7:20pm (See attached photo)

Post-Workout: 8:30pm Beers at BSS and P-Terrys
