BIG CONGRATULATIONS TO LAUD & BLAIR!!

Laud and Blair are two of original RAW family. They met at RAW and as we know, going HAF with others can do some crazy things to people. In their case, it led to an engagement! The two will be getting hitched this Saturday in Austin so make sure to send them good vibes and well wishes. Look forward to seeing them going HAF on the dance floor this weekend...

Meeting Spot: Barton Springs Saloon @ 6:55pm or Auditorium Shores (Town Lake starting point, 0.0) @ 7:20

Warmup starts: 7:05pm

Workout:

2 mile warmup to Auditorium Shores....Then partner up for 6X (Circuit - 400m hard - 400 easy). Circuit will consist of varying combinations of pushups, pull-ups, sit-ups, dips, air squats. 

Workout start point:

Auditorium Shores - Town Lake starting point (0.0), near workout station

Post-Workout: 8:30pm Beers at BSS and P-Terrys

Why RAW?

The reason we started RAW was to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride so far and we look forwarding continue roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you.
