6.14.16 - RAW #125
We'll be hitting Town Lake for a little tempo time to get our engines rev'd up to HAF levels. We're going to break tonight's tempo up in two pieces in an effort to let our bodies start acclimating to the summer heat and humidity, see details below. Make sure to hydrate throughout the day and bring fluids with you tonight!

Meeting Spot: Barton Springs Saloon @ 6:55pm or Stevie Ray Vaughn Statue on Town Lake @ 7:20
Warmup starts: 7:05pm
Workout:
2x 2 mile tempo, 4 mins rest between
Workout start point: Stevie Ray Vaughn Statue on Town Lake (we'll head west on the trail for 2 miles, then come back the same way)
Post-Workout: 8:30pm Beers at BSS and P-Terrys

Why RAW?
The reason we started RAW was to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride so far and we look forwarding continue roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you.
