We're coming off the Relays at Zilker where RAW showed up and ran HAF in HAF (HOT AS F*CK) conditions! Now it's back to that weekly grind and make up for the hills we neglected last week. Our lady RAW members at Zilker requested the opportunity to kick their asses on the Newning hill this week. Your wish has been granted. See you tonight!

RAW at ZILKER RELAYS!

This past Friday at Zilker Park we had 4 RAW teams out there spreading the HAF vibes like only RAW could across 10 miles of hot concrete! The crew ended up with 3 teams finishing in the top 8 of their divisions and followed it up with solid beer consumption to celebrate the occasion. The "HARDCORE Award of the Week" goes to Kevin Rae for running back to back legs on our RAW RUN #3 team, badass effort out there!! The reason we started RAW was to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride so far and we look forwarding continue roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you.
