We always welcome suggestions/requests for new workouts and today's hills are a results of that! We'll be heading to Wilke, the newest member of the "hills that will kick your ass" club. 300 meters of HAF joyfullness that will have you screaming for more...or maybe screaming in pain. See you tonight for the grind

Warmup starts: 7:05pm

Workout: Wilke Hill repeats with some surging flares

Workout start point: Wilke Hill at 7:20, intersection of Wilke Drive and Barton Parkway (map here)

Post-Workout: 8:30pm Beers at BSS and P-Terrys

Why RAW?

The reason we started RAW was to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride so far and we look forwarding continue roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you.
