Thanksgiving month is here, a month where we eat our weight in turkey. It's time to prepare ourselves for the gorging that will take place in a few weeks. It's simple math....the more hills you do, the more turkey you eat.

FLOTRACK BEER MILE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS ARE BACK!The Beer Mile World Championships are back in Austin on Saturday, December 17th at 12:30pm! The races will take place at the Austin American Statesman (same venue as last year). We love to have some RAW representation, you can join the open races or sign up at RAW Relay team (one beer/one 400m per runner). Registration is live so SIGN UP HERE! (Signup for volunteers is also available)

Workout start point: Bottom of hill on Kingsbury St.

Why RAW?

The reason we started RAW was to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride so far and we look forwarding continue roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you.
