RAW 189 - Lumberjack Workout w/Special Guest! 9.12.17 

The weather is cooling and the fall is here, time for a new workout to ring in the XC season! Tonight we'll be joined by the coach of reigning NCAA D1 XC Champs Northern Arizona Lumberjacks, coach Erin Heins (

from last year on coach Heins heading into the Championships). Coach Heins will take us through a variation of the "Lumberjack," a staple workout that helped NAU win the school's first ever national title (in any sport!). Check out

documenting the team and workout a few seasons ago.

RAW AT ZILKER RELAYS!

Congrats to all RAW members who went HAF at the Zilker Relays last Friday! RAW had two top 5 finishes (4th overall in men's race and 5th overall in the women's race), another top 20 finish in the men's race and an OVERALL CHAMPION in the Open Mixed Division! Congrats to Sarah Lancaster, Cate Barrett, Jake Barrett, Matt Miller on winning the title (and having the 6th fastest time of the day overall across all divisions!).

Why RAW?
