Boardwalk action goes down TONIGHT!

After a ball buster workout last week, we'll see you tonight for another HAF session on the Boardwalk! Remember the sun is going down earlier so start brining out those head lamps....and as always, bring water.
RAW AT SKY ISLAND TRAIL RACE!
Congrats to the RAW members who drove out towards Marfa this past weekend to dabble in some trail racing for the Sky Island 25K. RAW showed out with two top 5 finishes, including an OVERALL CHAMPION! Cate Barrett, coming off a Open Mixed Relay win at Zilker the previous week, doubled up on victories by winning the women's overall title by nearly 5 minutes! Pat Hitchins was the top male finishing 5th overall and only about 3.5 minutes from 2nd place. Crystal Pharr and Eric Boggs also had strong showings finishing 20th and 31st in the women's and men's races, respectively.

Workout: Boardwalk Fartlek (run out towards Pleasant Valley on the Boardwalk and back)

Why RAW?
The reason we started RAW was to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride so far and we look forwarding continue roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you.
