Come join us post workout.TONIGHTApr 24th, 2018 - We are going to do loops of Zilker, fartlek style. So we'll be mixing it up, someone will bring some dice (Fenton!), and we'll gather together after every effort we do to roll more dice. 2 dice...one for recovery, one for length of repeat. Example: If Ryan rolls a 4 and a 1, we do 4 minutes of #HAF running and 1 minute of #recovery.We have a special out of town guest tonight so come on out and hang out!Next WeekHills...a REALLY good hill workoutRAW AT THE RACESSarah Lancaster WON the 1500m at the Michael Johnson Invite at Baylor in 4.24...so that's like a ~4.42 mile.
