RAW 226 - Zilker Park Mile Repeats 05.29.2018
TONIGHTMay 29th, 2018 - Zilker Park Mile Repeats... so we're going to do some mile repeats tonight at Zilker Park around the perimeter of Zilker Park. Look, it's hot outside so I'm going to do my best with whatever workout we do to have or bring water at the start/stop. Most weeks I'll get it done and plan well, but some weeks I won't have time or I'll get caught up doing something else. Today we're going to do 3-4 mile repeats with 3 minutes recovery and then jog over to Barton Springs and jump in, cool down, and go drink beers/eat burgers Next WeekHills RAW AT THE RACESRAW member Ari Perez has generously given us some coupon codes for The Big Run, a 5k race put on during National Running Day at Camp Mabry.
