TONIGHT - We're going to do some relays at the track with a new twist this time. While you're on your recovery, you'll be doing some form of a circuit/recovery while we wait. It would be pushups, situps, a plank, who knows. Cheyenne will be picking the core activity while you're on your "recovery" lap.
