TONIGHT - Tonight we will head to Bouldin Hills to do a workout we've affectionately named "The Dyson." It's a slight twist on OG Bouldin Hills - the warm up is a bit longer than we're used to so if you can't make it, you can park around El Alma or anywhere on Bouldin and Barton Springs Road. Starting tonight at 6.45pm, this week and every week if you want to get to RAW a little earlier, you can - Cohl will be leading a warm up/stretching, etc. for those that need to get a little looser.Catch y'all tonight. [keep reading for a very important note about next week]Tonight and the next couple of weeks are going to be really fun for us at RAW. Next week (RAW #252, November 27th, 2018) is going to be our annual holiday party. In the past, we've done a pub run - this year we'll be partying with and at Under Armour (Seaholm). To that end, we need some folks to step up. We've been tasked with leading the group run from the party that night as apart of our friendship with UA. Here's a form to sign up. Sign up if you can make it to UA by 6.45pm, can run -3-5 miles at 8.00 pace, and will not get lost on the trail after we tell you a basically simple loop. Again, this is the form, sign up NOW if you can make it. Our workout and the run will start at 7, but we would like people to be there a couple mins early. Again, here's the form. UA will be supplying food and alcohol at the party afterwards, so plan on staying around and celebrating RAW turning another year older. At this event, you should/need to be wearing as much Under Armour stuff as you have.TONIGHT -- We'll be handing out Under Armour gear AT OUR WORKOUT to make sure as many people at RAW has some before our party with UA next week. Why RAW?
