TONIGHT - Pease Park Hills. We'll be doing 4 sets of 400m and 1000m hills. A "set" is 1 of each type of hill. We'll gather back together after each set. **This workout is longer and the warmup is also a bit longer than we're normally do. He's going to pop a much faster time in Boston in April and we're stoked for him! BUY HIM A DAMN BEER!-We had some big PR's in our mile TT last weekend coupled with Claire running pretty damn fast (she's getting ready for her first ever half at The Woodlands) and then Will Jones coming through with a 20+ second PR in 6:17.
