RAW #255 - Woodmont Relays and Cohl is a worthy Champion

TONIGHT - Woodmont Relays. Woodmont is a ~1000m loop where we split up into teams of 2 and run 5 loops. 4 of the loops are run in a team format creating a 'team champion' for the night (we split up the teams to make them fair) and the fifth and final loop is run in one big unit.We know getting to the bar may result in you being 5 minutes late due to the Trail of Lights. Alternatively, you can drive directly and park right where we start this workout. In order to do that go to 2484 Woodmont Ave., Austin, TX 78703 and meet us onsite.
