TONIGHT - Woodmont Relays *About the workout* - Affectionately named after William - we head to the OG Bouldin Hills and run the side streets HARD/FAST and go uphill very slow and easy. The workout is about 2 miles of running hard up, and 2 miles running back down.Warning - the warm up is slightly longer than usual - so if you arent comfortable or willing to run 1.5-6 miles as a warm up, please AFTER THE WORKOUTDeep Eddy / Pool Burger Next WeekRAW #261 - Woodmont RelaysRAW #262 - Surprise New Hill RAW #263 - Barton Springs Mile RepeatsRAW AT THE RACES-Michael Morris (aka "Slim") WON 3M Half this weekend. Why RAW?
The reason we started RAW was to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that.
