TONIGHT - Zilker/Barton Springs Pool Hills {on repeat} *About the workout* - Theres about a 400m hill that we're going to tackle on the Barton Springs Mile Repeat Loop. Nope, we're doing mile repeats, rather, we're doing 6-8 400m hills (the first hill of the mile repeat loop). Meet at Deep Eddy and jog over with us, or meet us at the statue at Barton Springs Pool main entrance.AFTER THE WORKOUTDeep Eddy / Pool Burger Next WeekRAW #263 - Pre Marathon Workout and get together with Under ArmourRAW #264 - #CAF run post marathon weekend just doing a 6-7 mile group jogRAW AT THE RACES-Austin Marathon is in 12 days. Why RAW?
The reason we started RAW was to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride so far and we look forwarding continue roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you.
