TONIGHT - Easy Miles on the Trail*About the workout* - As RAW has grown bigger, better, and more fun and this entire past week was crazy from Skid Row Marathon all the way to our party at Star Bar - we're going to spend this week getting to know each other better. So we're going to do an easy 3.5 mile loop, in groups of 4-5 people you don't normally run with. If you want to add on or do a workout after that - go ahead. If you just want to do a shakeout from the weekend race, that's perfectly fine too!There will be an optional workout a few folks are going to do but show up to Deep Eddy and we'll get that organized.AFTER THE WORKOUTDeep Eddy / Pool Burger Next WeekRAW #265 - Woodmont RelaysRAW #266 - HillsRAW AT THE RACES-The Austin Marathon was way too big and overwhelming to recap here. Everything from Sarah Lancaster winning the Manzano Mile, to Colleen and Fenton running much faster than their goal times, all the way to Stewart getting a huge BQ, this weekend was amazing.
