TONIGHT - Woodmont Relays*About the workout* - Woodmont is a street on the corner of Exposition and Woodmont Dr. and is a 1000m loop. We'll jog there, get into teams of 2, and grind out 10 loops total (so each person is doing 5000m of #HAF running)AFTER THE WORKOUTDeep Eddy / Pool Burger Next WeekRAW #266 - HillsRAW #267 - South 1st/Lamar LoopsRAW AT THE RACES-You can now show up at RAW at 6.45pm and Cohl will be leading those that want to come early through a series of warmups and stretches.-Our Friday morning run starts at 6.30am from Fleet Feet Austin (Seaholm). ***BUY RAW GEAR: Please help fund RAWs efforts to drink more beer and dominate the local running scene by purchasing RAW Gear today!

Why RAW?
The reason we started RAW was to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that.
