TONIGHT #HAF- Details
Rollingwood Hills is a workout we do where we jog to Zilker Clubhouse Rd. and Rollingwood Hill and do 6 repeats that are 400m in length.

6:45 PM - Stretch series led by Dr. Dentist Cohl Brazil 7:05 PM - Warm-Up jog from Deep Eddy to workout location 7:20 PM - #HAF Workout BYOW (water) 8:20 PM - Post-Workout at Deep Eddy Cabaret

Claire crushed it at the Woodlands Half
Carly Borman and Jessica Carroll did the Rogue Trail Series 30k and DOMINATED
Cate Barrett won the 10k version of the race

WHY RAW
RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride thus far and we look forward to continuing to roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you.
