Zilker Park FartlekTONIGHT #HAF- DetailsWe do a fartlek (so X amount of minutes "hard' and then Y amount of minutes "easy") on Zilker Park. We pick a random group member to throw out a number between 1-6, then, on the easy park, we turn around and scoop people up and start as a big unit again. MEET- Deep Eddy Cabaret 6:45 PM - Stretch series led by singer songwriter Savoy Malone (Cohl Brazil)  7:05 PM - Warm-Up jog from Deep Eddy to workout location  7:20 PM - #HAF Workout  8:20 PM - Post-Workout at Deep Eddy Cabaret BYOW (water).  WORKOUT MAP

  • RAW is going to get a table at the Back on My Feet Austin Gala. Why? On top of the fact that the work the organization does is actually good and impactful, the executive director (Scott Merritt) is a RAW regular and a great dude and Jessica Baker help them with their marketing. On top of that, several folks at RAW volunteer there - so let's take the next step in our support. We need 10 people to fill up a table for the gala on 4/18 at 6.30p (more info here https://www.backonmyfeet.org/events/austingala/). Before you register, email Paras AND Ryan ([email protected] + [email protected]) and once we have 10 people that are confirmed, we're going to send you a special link to register. And, if you email us before we can submit a seating roster for the gala so you're sitting next to us. Trust us on this one... 

  • On March 30th, we've partnered with the Cap10k to host their social run (http://www.cap10k.com/home-version-19/austin-10kr/). This is a big event for us so we're asking you to put it on your calendar. We'll need you there at the Statesman no later than 8am in your finest UA and RAW gear. Additionally, we have a special code for registration that we're *only announcing at RAW workouts* so let's support Austin's biggest race with our friends from the Cap10k. 

WHY RAW

RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride thus far and we look forward to continuing to roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you. 

WHO IS RAW FOR

EVERYONE! RAW welcomes runners of all levels. It doesn't matter if you run a 5 minute mile or a 12 minute mile, RAW workouts are designed for YOU to run at the pace that is hard for YOU. Come try a workout, bring your friends and let's get after it together!
