Possum Trot 1200s"The Deibel"TONIGHT #HAF- DetailsA *brand new* workout tonight courtesy of Bryan Diebel. Discover a new workout, we name it after you. So henceforth this workout will be 'The Deibel'.The loop is 1200m in length pretty much exactly. We're going to meet on Possum Trot Ave and 12th Street (for those driving, click the link). From here we'll go up 12th, right on Meriden, right on 9th, and then complete the loop by going down Possum Trot back to the start. Group 'A' can continue each loop down Possum Trot to make full mile repeats- if you're not feeling 100%, cut on 10th St. and return to home base where everyone is. The route is very well shaded but **BRING WATER** if you need it. MEET- Deep Eddy Cabaret 6:45 PM - Stretch series led by singer songwriter Savoy Malone (Cohl Brazil)  7:05 PM - Warm-Up jog from Deep Eddy to workout location  7:20 PM - #HAF Workout  8:20 PM - Post-Workout at Deep Eddy Cabaret BYOW (water!). RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that.
