400s on the track (relay style) with our friends from Dynamic Sports MedicineTONIGHT #HAF- DetailsOur friends from Dynamic Sports Medicine are going to come by the track, due some injury evaluations/tuneups and make sure everyone is feeling 100% before the Cap10k this weekend. Afterwards, they are staying around to drink some beer with us!But, like usual, we're going to get into teams of 4 to do some 400s so feel light and ready to go for this weekends Cap10k!MEET- Deep Eddy Cabaret 6:45 PM - Stretch series led by singer songwriter Savoy Malone (Cohl Brazil) 7:05 PM - Warm-Up jog from Deep Eddy to workout location 7:20 PM - #HAF Workout 8:20 PM - Post-Workout at Deep Eddy Cabaret BYOW (water!). RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that.
