The Dyson**a modified version of OG Bouldin HillsTONIGHT #HAF- DetailsWe are heading to Bouldin Hills to do a workout that William Dyson proposed 2 summers ago (so we named it after him). The warm up is ~2 miles in length, so if you aren't comfortable with that long of a warm up please meet us at 901 Barton Springs Road which is where we will start the workout.**Tonight, Stretchlab South Lamar will be offering 15 minute stretch sessions post-workout so**MEET- Deep Eddy Cabaret6:45 PM - Stretch series led by singer songwriter Savoy Malone (Cohl Brazil)7:05 PM - Warm-Up jog from Deep Eddy to workout location7:20 PM - #HAF Workout 8:20 PM - Post-Workout at Deep Eddy Cabaret BYOW (water!).
