Cap RelaysTONIGHT #HAF- DetailsThe Texas Capitol is located at 1100 Congress Ave. We haven't gone to the Capitol to do a workout since switching home bars, so we're going back and this is Pat's favorite workout which makes it even more badass. And yes, we looked at map and realized the warm up is ~2 miles from Deep Eddy. So, we're still gathering at 7.00 from Deep Eddy and still starting at 7.05p but....we're going to tell you in *advance* - if you don't want to run the longer warm up, you can meet Ryan Fenton at the front steps of the Capitol at 7.00p and he'll be doing a shorter warm up from there starting at 7.05p**We do anticipate that 95% of people will do the normal warm up from Deep Eddy, but we are offering a shorter version, that's all!**Once we get to the Capitol, we race around it doing short/long loops.
