Woodmont RelaysTONIGHT #HAF- DetailsHeading over to Woodmont Dr. and Exposition to do some loops. We'll be in teams of 2.   • Colleen and Daniel's last RAW is this one (#280) and there are some surprises at the bar afterwards. Make sure you buy a beer for both of them (or 5)! We're super proud of Colleen and amped up that she's going to El Paso to start her journey to becoming Dr. Everett, and we'll miss them as they are some of the finest people you'll meet in your life. So buy them a beer and give them a hug.

  • Big shoutout to Eric Hersch who got two very important lists together for RAW workout start addresses and RAW Routes this past week. You can view it on our water sign up form! (i deleted anyone that has signed up for water 2x. Everyone needs to pitch in here so if you're name is not on the list, add it. And don't add it if you've already done it)

  • It's getting hot so we are are asking people at RAW to bring water *for the whole group* at workouts. Pick a week, sign up. If something changes last minute or whatever - just coordinate with someone at RAW to bring it for you. Pretty simple - click here. (for clarification, you're going to drive on site to the workout and have water for us on site!)

WHY RAW

RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride thus far and we look forward to continuing to roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you. 

WHO IS RAW FOR

EVERYONE! RAW welcomes runners of all levels. It doesn't matter if you run a 5 or 12 minute mile, RAW workouts are designed for YOU to run at the pace that is hard for YOU. Come try a workout, bring your friends and let's get after it together!
