OG Bouldin HillsTONIGHT #HAF- DetailsThis is sight of the first ever RAW workout - so we're heading back. The warm up is ~2 miles - but you can take a pit stop and hop in Barton Springs as Scotty and Cohl will be bringing the good vibes on the cooldown.We basically do 9 hill repeats that vary in length from 150m-800m. WHY RAW

RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that.
