OG Bouldin HillsTONIGHT #HAF- DetailsThis is sight of the first ever RAW workout - so we're heading back. The warm up is ~2 miles - but you can take a pit stop and hop in Barton Springs as Scotty and Cohl will be bringing the good vibes on the cooldown.We basically do 9 hill repeats that vary in length from 150m-800m. It's *very* fun.MEET- Deep Eddy Cabaret6:45 PM - Stretch series led by singer songwriter Savoy Malone (Cohl Brazil)7:05 PM - Warm-Up jog from Deep Eddy to workout location7:20 PM - #HAF Workout 8:20 PM - Post-Workout at Deep Eddy Cabaret BYOW (water!). It's getting hot so we are are asking people at RAW to bring water *for the whole group* at workouts. Pick a week, sign up. If something changes last minute or whatever - just coordinate with someone at RAW to bring it for you. Pretty simple - click here. (for clarification, you're going to drive on site to the workout and have water for us on site!)
WHY RAW
RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride thus far and we look forward to continuing to roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you.

EVERYONE! RAW welcomes runners of all levels. It doesn't matter if you run a 5 or 12 minute mile, RAW workouts are designed for YOU to run at the pace that is hard for YOU. Come try a workout, bring your friends and let's get after it together!
