The Dyson TONIGHT #HAF- DetailsAffectionately named after William - we head to the OG Bouldin Hills and run the side streets #HAF and go uphill very slow and easy. The workout is about 2 miles of running hard up, and 2 miles running back down.Warning - the warm up is longer than usual - so if you arent comfortable or willing to run 1.75 miles as a warm up, please drive to 801 Bouldin Ave, 78704 and park your car on the road. It's getting hot so we are are asking people at RAW to bring water *for the whole group* at workouts. Pick a week, sign up. If something changes last minute or whatever - just coordinate with someone at RAW to bring it for you. Pretty simple - click here. (for clarification, you're going to drive on site to the workout and have water for us on site!)
WHY RAW
RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride thus far and we look forward to continuing to roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you.

EVERYONE! RAW welcomes runners of all levels. It doesn't matter if you run a 5 or 12 minute mile, RAW workouts are designed for YOU to run at the pace that is hard for YOU. Come try a workout, bring your friends and let's get after it together!
