Barton Springs Pool Mile Repeats TONIGHT #HAF- Details*About the workout* - We start and meet at the statute of the main entrance to Barton Springs Pool. The loop is a little longer than a mile, so we normally run a mile, and when it stops we all gather and jog forward to the start. We do 4-5 repeats depending on the weather and the time of the yearMEET- Deep Eddy Cabaret6:45 PM - Stretch series led by singer songwriter Savoy Malone (Cohl Brazil)7:05 PM - Warm-Up jog from Deep Eddy to workout location7:20 PM - #HAF Workout 8:20 PM - Post-Workout at Deep Eddy Cabaret BYOW (water!). Taco Run at Baby A's 11/16 at 11am. We are teaming up with Resident Runners, an NYC based group, to throw a party and get a few miles in!

INCREDIBLE PERFORMANCE BY MARK PINALES. He is the course record holder and 2019 Run For The Water Champion! We had a lot of other amazing finishes (Slim, Jason Casady, Will Powers, Santiago, JoJo, and many, many more. Way to go #HAF!)
It's getting hot so we are are asking people at RAW to bring water *for the whole group* at workouts. Pick a week, sign up. If something changes last minute or whatever - just coordinate with someone at RAW to bring it for you. Pretty simple - click here. (for clarification, you're going to drive on site to the workout and have water for us on site!)
WHY RAW
RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride thus far and we look forward to continuing to roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you.

EVERYONE! RAW welcomes runners of all levels. It doesn't matter if you run a 5 or 12 minute mile, RAW workouts are designed for YOU to run at the pace that is hard for YOU. Come try a workout, bring your friends and let's get after it together!
