  • Friday Night Lights is THIS FRIDAY. After an unbelievable amount of trash talk, we have scheduled Alonso v Claire to race 400m on the track. We'll share a location and a bar to meet at afterwards, work on the live streaming details, and more. Expect a lot of money to be flying around and a lot of fun. Will Zo overcome a million physical ailments to beat Claire? Will Claire return to her college form and destroy Zo in front of a crowd that will almost certainly entirely be #TeamClaire? How much money will Paras manage to scheme out of this matchup? Will Pat and Eco Steve make a triumphant return to the track where this all kicked off?   • Taco Run at Baby A's this Saturday at 10.30am. We are teaming up with Resident Runners, an NYC based group, to throw a party and get a few miles in! Click here to RSVP (it's free!)

  • It's getting hot so we are are asking people at RAW to bring water *for the whole group* at workouts.

  • Pick a week, sign up. If something changes last minute or whatever - just coordinate with someone at RAW to bring it for you. Pretty simple - click here. (for clarification, you're going to drive on site to the workout and have water for us on site!)

WHY RAW

RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride thus far and we look forward to continuing to roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you.

EVERYONE! RAW welcomes runners of all levels. It doesn't matter if you run a 5 or 12 minute mile, RAW workouts are designed for YOU to run at the pace that is hard for YOU. Come try a workout, bring your friends and let's get after it together!
