New Years Eve Tempo (Noon meetup!) TONIGHT #HAF- DetailsWe're meeting at noon today (departure to start the run will be 12.15p) because a lot of people have plans tonight - and it's also not safe to be running at 7p on NYE with cars flying everywhere, etc. So we're using our brains. We'll keep it simple. Show up to the bar and we'll jog down to the trail and do a hard tempo. 15 minutes out, 15 minutes back for 30 minutes of hard running total. We'll finish up with a beer at Deep Eddy and a sandwich at Thundercloud.Also, we'll have a new home for 2020 so come out and hang out with us at Deep Eddy to close out the year and be the first to hear about a special announcement.Also, sign up to volunteer at our 3M Water Stop that's being headed by Jordie! Pick a week, sign up. If something changes last minute or whatever - just coordinate with someone at RAW to bring it for you. Pretty simple - click here. (for clarification, you're going to drive on site to the workout and have water for us on site!)
WHY RAW
RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride thus far and we look forward to continuing to roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you.
