Capitol Relays TONIGHT #HAF- DetailsWe haven't gone to the Capitol to do a workout since switching home bars, so we're going back and this is Pat's favorite workout which makes it even more badass.Once we get to the Capitol, we race around it doing short/long loops. You'll see when you get there.

WHY RAW

RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way!
