The Deibel TONIGHT #HAF- Details*About the workout* - We do a workout on Possum Trot and it's very fun. 5 repeats, 1200m in length and we start once every 8 minutes. It's very, very fun.

We are are asking people at RAW to bring water *for the whole group* at workouts.
Coach Ponsonby + Sharlie Brooks, the head and assistant coaches for the XC/TF teams at St. Edwards, are bringing back track and field to the university for the first time since the 70s. Sharlie will give a little spiel tonight about what they are doing - but here's a link to donate. If you feel compelled, select Men's Cross Country, Women's Cross Country, or either of the Track Programs.
Pick a week, sign up. If something changes last minute or whatever - just coordinate with someone at RAW to bring it for you. Pretty simple - click here. (for clarification, you're going to drive on site to the workout and have water for us on site!)
WHY RAW
RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride thus far and we look forward to continuing to roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you.
WHO IS RAW FOR
EVERYONE! RAW welcomes runners of all levels. It doesn't matter if you run a 5 or 12 minute mile, RAW workouts are designed for YOU to run at the pace that is hard for YOU. Come try a workout, bring your friends and let's get after it together!
