This is sight of the first ever RAW workout - so we're heading back. We basically do 9 hill repeats that vary in length from 150m-800m. It's *very* fun.NEW RAW DOG POLICYWe love your dogs and love that they run with you, however, please use your best judgement when choosing to bring your dog to Tuesday night’s run group. We want to provide the best experience possible for everyone attending, so if your pup is disruptive please refrain from bringing them along. WHY RAW

RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way!
