Heading over to Woodmont Dr. and Exposition to do some loops. We'll be in teams of 2. The 'A' group will do 5 loops each (so 5k of hard running each) and the 'B' group will do 4 loops each so we all finish together. Each loop is pretty much exactly 1000m.Sign up for waterSomeone should sign up to bring water tonight. And then weeks after that ... it's pretty simple, just put your name on this spreadsheet.
