Pease Park RelaysTONIGHT #HAF- Details*About the workout* -The workout today is 6 loops around Pease Park crushed granite trail. Each loop is about 800m. So, if you aren't making it to Pease Park today or you want to try something on your own, do 6x800m with 3 minute recovery. 800m is 2 laps on the track or half a mile.  

Join the RAW Tuesday HAF Workout - March 17, 2020! It's a running challenge. It begins Mar 17, 2020 and ends Mar 18, 2020.

Complete this challenge on either March 17 or March 18, but you can join anytime and we'll sync your past activities as far back as your device will allow. Your activities in this challenge must consist of a run. To complete this challenge you must complete the weekly RAW workout that was sent out on the morning of March 17th. Now, get out there and go HAF!
