Hills (We'd normally do this at Stratford)TONIGHT #HAF- Details*About the workout* -The workout today is 6x400m hills and if you don't have a way to measure, this should be about 6 x 2 minutes intervals up the hill and then jog back down. Normally this would be the equivalent of doing 1 repeat up Stratford Hill. Here's a link to the map of the workout we normally do. If you're looking for a hill to do this workout on and you don't want to head to Stratford, here's a great list put together by our friends at High Five Events. Try to find a hill with a 10% grade if you can. Here's a link to a mapping tool that's quick, easy, and will help you find one. 6x400m hills (or 6x2 minute hills seconds hard) where you jog down the hills.ATTENTION - From 8.30p-9.00p we'll host our first virtual happy hour on Zoom. Complete this challenge on either March 31 or Apr 1, but you can join anytime and we'll sync your past activities as far back as your device will allow. Your activities in this challenge must consist of a run. To complete this challenge you must complete the weekly RAW workout that was sent out on the morning of March 31. Now, get out there and go HAF!
