Mount Wilke (or something similar) Hill Repeats TONIGHT #HAF- Details*About the workout* -Mount Wilke (we jokingly call it Mount Wilke, it's really just Wilke Dr.) is a hill that starts on Barton Parkway and ascends up Wilke Dr. until the dead end. Here's a map of where it is: https://onthegomap.com/s/3a62olroYou can do Wilke, or any similarly graded hill (Rollingwood and Stratford are about the same).We're doing 8 hill repeats today. So you'll go #HAF up the hill, then jog down to the bottom nice and easy, then #HAF up the hilll, then jog down to the bottom nice and easy. Have fun.
