OG Bouldin Hills - Healthy Streets EditionTONIGHT #HAF- Details*About the workout* -**Before we get started with today's workout, Collin Findlay wrote the music for this short film project. The city of Austin has done something pretty cool - they've closed off streets for the majority of foot traffic so folks like us can exercise on them and get some socially distant workouts in. Here's some more info on it http://www.austintexas.gov/HealthyStreetsIn celebration, we're going to go OG Bouldin Hills today. No this does not mean we're meeting up again, it does not mean to get 100 of your RAW friends and head over to Bouldin Hills, or anything like that. For now, we ask that you go OG Bouldin Hills on your own or whatever the public health officials guidelines are. Just do the workout like you've been doing it, on our own time, going #HAF. Ok - now for explaining OG Bouldin Hills workout... You're going to start at Bouldin Hills and Barton Springs (901 Barton Springs Rd, 78704 is a good address to type in if you've never been there before, but you won't, obviously, be able to park anywhere around there. We recommend doing a nice jog up it). You're going to run up Bouldin and take a right up the first street (Daniel Dr.) until you hit the top of the hill. Then you'll jog to Dawson, right on Barton Springs until you get back to Bouldin.Then you'll go the same #HAF effort on the 2nd street which is Post Oak. You'll summit the hill on Post Oak, take a right on Dawson, take a right on Barton Springs until you hit Bouldin, then go again.You'll repeat this for 5 hills going up, then come back and go down on them. #HAF on Bouldin to Daniel (#1) #HAF on Bouldin to Post Oak (#2) #HAF on Bouldin to Retama (#3) #HAF on Bouldin to Ebony (#4)#HAF on Bouldin to Ramona (#5)#HAF on Bouldin to Ebony (#6)#HAF on Bouldin to Retama (#7) #HAF on Bouldin to Post Oak (#8) #HAF on Bouldin to Daniel (#9) It's a ladder. You go up to the 5th street, then you come back down the same way you came up. It'll end up being ~2 miles worth of hills.Take a pic, this is cool and unprecedented times and it's really cool that you'll get to used a closed off street to get in an #HAF workout. If you want to do a similar hill workout on your own in a different location, feel free to, obviously. We gave this as an option because it's the original RAW workout and the streets are closed off. But, if you aren't comfortable or want to adventure over there, by all means, just get something in today that's an #HAF effort. MEET- ON YOUR OWN
