Hills (We'd normally do this at Stratford)TONIGHT #HAF- Details*About the workout* -The workout today is 6x400m hills and if you don't have a way to measure, this should be about 6 x 2 minutes intervals up the hill and then jog back down. Normally this would be the equivalent of doing 1 repeat up Stratford Hill. Here's a link to the map of the workout we normally do. If you're looking for a hill to do this workout on and you don't want to head to Stratford, here's a great list put together by our friends at High Five Events. Try to find a hill with a 10% grade if you can. Here's a link to a mapping tool that's quick, easy, and will help you find one. 6x400m hills (or 6x2 minute hills seconds hard) where you jog down the hills.

RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that.
