Pease Park Relays aka The Scotty TONIGHT #HAF- Details*About the workout* -The workout today is 6 loops around Pease Park crushed granite trail with 3 minute recovery. Each loop is about 800m. So, if you aren't making it to Pease Park today or you want to try something on your own, do 6x800m with 3 minute recovery. 800m is 2 laps on the track or half a mile. MEET- ON YOUR OWN
