Mile Repeats (4 of them with 3 minute recovery)TONIGHT #HAF- Details*About the workout* -For today's workout, we're going to do 4 mile repeats with 3 minutes recovery in between each one. What's a mile repeat? Get on MapMyRun, map out a good looped course that's one mile long so when you're done with your first repeat, you can get some water, reset, and get ready to go again. We're doing 4 of these.Here's a map / link to a place and our normal route when we do the workoutIt should look something like this Mile 1 #HAF3 min recovery Mile 2 #HAF 3 min recovery Mile 3 #HAF 3 min recovery Mile 4 #HAF Go drink a beer and call it a day! WHY RAW
RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that.
