Pease Park Relays aka "The Scotty"TONIGHT #HAF- Details*About the workout* -The workout today is 6 loops around Pease Park crushed granite trail with 3 minute recovery. Each loop is about 800m. So, if you aren't making it to Pease Park today or you want to try something on your own, do Parking for the ~800m loop around the crushed granite trail at Pease Park is best at 1100 Kingsbury St, Austin, TX 78703. Normally, when we do this workout we get into teams of two and your recovery is time your partner is running (so you run one loop, which is ~800m and then your partner runs while you catch your breath). But since we're still not in normal times you'll have to do this one on your own OR figure out how to do it while respecting the current health order. Either way, as always, we miss you and hope it won't be too long before we're all back drinking beers until 2am at Mean Eyed Cat and drinking beers after a #HAF workout.
