South 1st/Lamar LoopsTONIGHT #HAF- Details*About the workout* -The workout starts at the pedestrian bridge. We take the pedestrian bridge to Auditorium Shores (mile 0) which is about 800m and then we group up, cross south 1st bridge, and come back the other way to lamar pedestrian bridge (another ~800m).We do this loop 3 times, so 6 hard efforts with some jogging across the bridges in between efforts. MEET- ON YOUR OWN

RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that.
