Indoor Core Workout EditionTONIGHT #HAF- Details*About the workout* -Since, we aren't going to meet up and it's probably not safe to run - here's a core workout you can do at home.10x10 (total of 100) pushups 10x10 (total of 100) sit ups3x1 minute plank (so hold 3 planks for 1 minute each)**add whatever else you want**.
