Rollingwood Hills TONIGHT #HAF- Details*About the workout* - Rollingwood Hills is a great hill we do in... Rollingwood. This is one big hill, and while it doesn't look like much it's deceptively tough and #HAF.This is a 540m hill that we'll do a few times. A few is loose because....well, anything could happen when we get there. There is an option to do a shorter loop to so don't get intimidated by this map. We promise, RAW is for everyone!

WHY RAW
RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride thus far and we look forward to continuing to roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you.
