South 1st/Lamar LoopsTONIGHT #HAF- Details*About the workout* -

The workout starts at the pedestrian bridge (as always, we meet at Deep Eddy Cabaret at 7p). We take the pedestrian bridge to Auditorium Shores (mile 0) which is about 800m and then we group up, cross south 1st bridge, and come back the other way to lamar pedestrian bridge (another ~800m). We do this a lot of times and follow up with Whiteclaws at Mean Eyed Cat.

WHY RAW

RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride thus far and we look forward to continuing to roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you.
