Hey folks,

We are taking a quick hiatus on RAW for tonight, RAW #392. Unfortunately, both Paras and Ryan are unavailable for the workout tonight, so it’s on your own. There is a food truck now at Mean Eyed Cat in the evening if you’d like to swing by the bar and do a workout and drink a beer, you’re welcome to, - but, for the first time in RAW history (sans pandemic) life finally caught up with us.

We’ll catch everyone soon!

If you want to do the workout like we do it when we're together, here's the workout and the loop* *About the workout* - Rollingwood Hills is a great hill we do in... Rollingwood. This is one big hill, and while it doesn't look like much it's deceptively tough and #HAF.This is a 540m hill that we'll do a between 4-6 times. A few is loose because....well, anything could happen when we get there. There is an option to do a shorter loop to so don't get intimidated by this map.
