South 1st/Lamar LoopsTONIGHT #HAF- Details*About the workout* -
The workout starts at the pedestrian bridge (as always, we meet at Deep Eddy Cabaret at 7p). We take the pedestrian bridge to Auditorium Shores (mile 0) which is about 800m and then we group up, cross south 1st bridge, and come back the other way to lamar pedestrian bridge (another ~800m). We do this a lot of times and follow up with Whiteclaws at Mean Eyed Cat.If this is your first RAW workout, or you haven't signed our waiver yet, click here and do that before you come to RAW.

It's getting hot so we are are asking people at RAW to bring water *for the whole group* at workouts. Pick a week, sign up. If something changes last minute or whatever - just coordinate with someone at RAW to bring it for you. Pretty simple - click here. (for clarification, you're going to drive on site to the workout and have water for us on site!
WHY RAW
RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride thus far and we look forward to continuing to roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you.
